Conformity Mark
In accordance with Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Technical Regulation», the conformity mark serves to inform buyers that conformity assessment objects have successfully passed the procedure of conformity confirmation to requirements established by regulatory documents in the field of technical regulation. The conformity mark is applied when marking products that have undergone conformity confirmation. A manufacturer, authorized representative, seller, or importer holding a certificate of conformity has the right to apply the conformity mark in any convenient way established by national standards. Marking products subject to mandatory conformity confirmation that have not passed it is prohibited. For domestic producers and importers, the right to use the mark is granted based on an agreement with the certification body, and a fee is charged.Organizations certified by the «BM-Sert» certification body under «G-TEST LLC» have the right to use the assigned conformity mark under certain conditions. Certified mass-produced products are marked on packaging, containers, and accompanying documentation under the responsibility of the Manufacturer/Importer. Marks can be used in color or black-and-white. The certification body carries out periodic inspection control.In accordance with paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated April 24, 2019, No. 348, domestic enterprises — laureates of the Commonwealth of Independent States Award «For achievements in the field of product and service quality» are exempt from paying a one-time fee for using the conformity mark for the validity period of the certificate.In case of suspension or cancellation of the certificate based on a decision of the certification body, or upon expiration of its validity, the organization loses the right to use the conformity mark. The conformity mark is executed in accordance with the requirements of standard O’z DSt 1.19:2000. The rules for applying the mark are established in O’z DSt 5.8:2006 (ISO/IEC 17030:2003 MOD) .Main rules for using the conformity mark:
